Birth Doula

As a birth doula, I work with you, your family and birth team to create a compassionate safe and supportive space so you have the best possible experience. My role is to provide physical, emotional and informational support based on your desires and choices throughout the joys and challenges of pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
I support births at home, in a hospital or birth center, with or without medication. I also support planned and unplanned c-sections, inductions, perinatal loss and pregnancy after loss. I vet information and resources to be sure they are trustworthy and strive to enhance communication and collaboration with expectant parents, other support people/family members and medical professionals. I hold all your personal information in strictest confidence and comply with all HIPAA rules.
